With an interest in business and art, photography soon became a passion for me. I began by shooting photos of family members, friends and nature, and soon developed my own personal style. Deciding on a career in photography in 2010 was the easiest choice I have ever made, and I’ve never looked back.
I always try to use the best equipment available, and hold pre-shot consultations with clients to get a better understanding of their vision and preferences.
But who I am? Scroll down to find out!
My name is Joanna and I love what I do!
I am a happy mum of two kids Jacob (13) and Maya (9).
My journey with photography started with the day my son was born. He was the true inspiration to start this amazing journey with photography and story creation. Because I also have a great business passion I am currently part time photographer.
I am Scotland based and usually cover Central Belt area of Scotland but I am very happy to travel!
My Photography Style
IS TO CAPTURE
LOVE
HAPPINESS EMOTIONS
I understand that every customer is unique with different story behind and different vision.
That's why I customise every session and price I take on to fit your needs and requirements and make photography affordable to everyone! My primary focus is the raw emotions and beauty found in each moment. I love concentrating on details and catch the moments as they happen.
I am in love with Black & White photos and hope you are too!
While booking a session try not to make a list of photos you want, I will try my best to meet your requirements, however achieving the same results might be impossible. Because we all behave differently at the front of camera and there are different session/ceremonies sets, the outcomes might be far away from your expectations. Always is good to look for inspirations however, the best approach for high results is to be relaxed and let the session/ceremony atmosphere to guide us :)

FASHION
Photography
I met Tamara (photo below) around 2 years ago. Creative fashion blogger with amazing style and taste. After years of working with very relaxed and natural photography I had to change my style completely and start to work with model along with displaying clothing and other fashion items in the best way for bloggers and the brand. This was a very challenging task as fashion photography is not just about taking the right shots. While I always look for emotions and 'those' moments, here I had to start work with the themes, fine art and embodies portraitures - and guess what? - I started to love it! Developing new style helped me to fully understand different requirements, developed new skills and met passionate people
... and got some publications ;)
